Young Ballerz Football Training Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the participation of your child in the football training sessions provided by Young Ballerz.

Registration and Payment
1.1 To register your child for our football training sessions, you must complete our online registration form and pay the required fees.
1.2 Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Health and Safety
2.1 Your child participates in our football training sessions at their own risk.
2.2 You must inform us of any medical or physical conditions that may affect your child's participation in our sessions.
2.3 You must ensure that your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear for the sessions.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse your child's participation in our sessions if we believe that such participation may pose a risk to their health and safety.

Conduct and Behaviour
3.1 Your child must behave appropriately during our football training sessions.
3.2 We reserve the right to remove your child from our sessions if we believe that their behaviour may pose a risk to the safety or enjoyment of other participants.
3.3 You are responsible for any damage caused by your child to our equipment or property.

Liability
4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by your child or any third party in connection with their participation in our football training sessions.
4.2 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your child's participation in our sessions.

Photography and Promotion
5.1 We may take photographs or videos of your child during our football training sessions for promotional purposes.
5.2 You agree to the use of such photographs or videos for our promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website and social media accounts.

Changes and Cancellations
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule our football training sessions at any time.
6.2 If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a refund or offer an alternative session.
6.3 We will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling of our sessions.

Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in our football training sessions, including but not limited to our coaching materials and training methods, are owned by us.
7.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Data Protection
8.1 We will process any personal data provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By registering your child for our football training sessions, you consent to the processing of their personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Severability
9.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments
10.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by providing written notice to you.
10.2 Your continued participation in our football training sessions after any such amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
11.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement
12.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your child's participation in our football training sessions.
12.2 These terms and conditions supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations between you and us with respect to such participation.

Equality and Non-Discrimination
13.1 Young Ballerz is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants in our football training sessions, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
13.2 We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying in our sessions, whether directed at our coaches, staff, or other participants.
13.3 We expect all participants in our sessions to treat each other with respect and dignity, and to behave in a manner consistent with our values of fairness, equality, and inclusivity.
13.4 Any participant found to be engaging in discriminatory, harassing, or bullying behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from our sessions.
13.5 If you have any concerns or complaints regarding discrimination, harassment, or bullying in our sessions, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will take appropriate action to address the issue.

Restroom facilities
14.1 Participants are encouraged to use restroom facilities before the session begins. Parents or guardians are responsible for accompanying their children to the restroom during the session if necessary.
14.2 If no restroom facilities are available at the venue, parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children have access to appropriate toilet facilities before and after the session.

Payment/Refund policy
There will be no refunds due to absence or inclement weather. If you have any queries about refunds please speak to our Head Coach Dominic who will be happy to help.
​
Cancellations of private bookings
If you need to cancel your private booking you must give at least 24 hours' notice to the coach, otherwise you will be charged for the full session. For any queries regarding this please speak to Head Coach Dominic.
​
Walking Home
If your child is walking home alone, we ask you to provide us with a note stating that you give your consent for them to do so and once they've left the session, Young Ballerz will not be held responsible for them.

By registering your child for our football training sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not register your child for our football training sessions.
